Our state of the art systems include:

• Machines from Pitney Bowes including DI3000 Dynamic multi-stream processing Inserter.
• Multiple HP LaserJet Printers with failover redundancy.
• Bespoke letter queuing software written in-house by dedicated IT department with GUI front end.
• ‘Goneaway’ processing – each item of post can be bar-coded and individual items can be processed when returned as Goneaway (or not known at this address), a file is then generated and sent to the client to update their records accordingly. The waste paper is shredded and removed for recycling.
• Campaigns from a hundred letters through to hundreds of thousands can be arranged quickly and efficiently through FREDmail. We are even able to create and supply your own letter headed paper at highly competitive rates.
• Data can be supplied on disc, CD, DVD or email including PGP.
